

National Ranchland Property Index
The National Ranchland Property Index is a market-weighted benchmark of the US Ranchland Property Market. The NRPI seeks to track performance of the US Ranchland property market on a total return basis by using publicly available data provided by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
It uses public USDA survey and census data for annual pastureland prices, areas, and cash rents to provide a comprehensive measure of total returns within this asset class.
