Institutional-Quality
Ranchland Management

We are active investors in one of the largest agricultural Real Asset categories alongside Farmland and Timberland.

Scalable Investment Access

We provide scalable investment access to Ranchlands through familiar structures such as private funds, co-investment, and separate accounts.

Value-Add Investment Approach

We seek large, underperforming Ranch properties and actively operate them to improve financial performance over time.

Land Health and

Conservation

Our operating approach has driven measurable improvements in land health and biodiversity across 11 million acres.

Evidence-Based

Sustainability™

We deploy Rangeland Health Monitoring on our properties, allowing us to collect, analyze, and report ecological performance data to our clients.

The above figures were generated through our Affiliate, Ranch Advisory Partners, Inc. (“RAP”). All property management services are provided through our wholly owned subsidiary, Ranchland Management Group, LLC – an affiliate of RAP, Inc. Ranchland property values are estimated by multiplying total acres under management by 2022 USDA census price per acre for US Ranchland.

Why Ranchlands?

Strong deal flow and a fundamental supply demand imbalance support Ranchland as an asset class. Ranchland acreage is declining while demand for US beef is rising, and over 96% of Ranchland properties will change hands over the next 30 years.

RCP is providing investors access to this opportunity by connecting scalable investment capital to the Ranchland asset class, deploying conservation-focused Ranch management to improve profitability over time.
